Snow Removal Tips

If you are a "do it yourself-er", please be careful, take breaks and stay warm. Shoveling , multiple times over the snowfall period is your best bet as opposed to waiting until it has finished accumulating. Be cautious of ice and debris below the surface of the snow.

If you're going to hire a removal service, try to have the vehicles moved out of the driveway or at least toward a side or end of your driveway to allow for them to use their equipment safely and efficiently.  Stay away while they are operating, vision and hearing is decreased while operating equipment especially during a snowfall.
